Lead Designer

We’re looking for a senior designer to lead product design and creative at PoolTogether. PoolTogether operates the most used interface to the PoolTogether protocol. The PoolTogether protocol is the decentralized global infrastructure for prize savings.

The opportunities we have at PoolTogether are enormous and you will help by implementing a user driven approach to improving all aspects of design. The designer we’re looking for is expected to have at least five years designing software products in a production environment, and have an interest in blockchain applications.

What you'll do

• Own the PoolTogether front-end product design. You’ll be designing the most delightful global savings account and the first experience most people have with a decentralized application

• Define the creative expression of the PoolTogether brand

• Build the language and mechanisms to bring the global shared savings account to $1 billion in deposits

Your Skills and Knowledge

• Enjoy working on a small team of highly competent and self directed individuals

• Are able to consistently ship product and iterate towards ideals

• Provide and receive constructive criticism from fellow coworkers to increase quality of PoolTogether brand and apps

• Embrace remote work culture and build strong relationships with the PoolTogether team by maintaining a high level of communication

• Share a strong portfolio of previous product design work

• Have proficiency with Figma, or the willingness to learn Figma and it’s power as a collaborative design tool

• Excellent command of the English language
